By booking an appointment or using the services of Abigail Beauty Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointments & Scheduling
All appointments should be booked in advance. We recommend arriving on time to ensure you receive your full service. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

Pricing & Services
Prices for services may vary depending on factors such as hair type, length, condition, and the complexity of the service. Final pricing will be confirmed in person at Abigail Beauty Studio before or during your appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice or missing an appointment may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings.

Payments
Payment is due at the time services are completed. We accept standard forms of payment as available at the studio.

Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and offer a correction if appropriate.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for informing our staff of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to receiving services. Abigail Beauty Studio is not responsible for any adverse reactions if such information is not disclosed.

Results Disclaimer
Results may vary from person to person depending on individual factors such as hair type, condition, and maintenance. While we strive for excellence, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Personal Belongings
Abigail Beauty Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the salon.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, health concerns, or failure to comply with salon policies.
